REGISTRATION POLICIES
Workshops and Quests—Register by paying your deposit online using PayPal or by e-mail. Registrations by e-mail will receive a discount.
Individual sessions—Please request an appointment by e-mail or by calling 360-320-4443.
Ireland Journey—A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Another $1,000 is due by March 15, 2019. The remaining fee is due by May 1, 2019.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Workshops and Quests—Deposit is non-refundable but may be used toward a different program. Please cancel at least one week prior to a workshop or quest.
Ireland Journey—Due to the need to reserve and pay for some services ahead of time, please cancel prior to April 1, 2019. Your $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Individual sessions—Please cancel 24 hours in advance. For no-shows and late cancellations, the full fee is due. Please request an appointment online, by e-mail or by calling 360-320-4443.
FACILITIES
Quests—Ekone Ranch is an off-the-grid facility in Goldendale, Washington. Sleeping is dorm style in a bunkhouse. There are flush toilets and a shower in a bathhouse a short walk from the bunkhouse. Meals are served buffet style in the Yummy Tummy Cafe, a short walk down a hill from the bunkhouse. Most quests at Ekone Ranch require a moderate amount of walking.
Workshops—Facilities vary depending on the workshop.
Ireland Journey—Accommodations in County Wicklow are self-catering cottages with twin beds, double beds for couples. In County Roscommon, we stay at the Lisserlough House with two twin beds per room and some rooms are available with a double bed for couples. Single supplement is available at an additional cost.
MEDICAL CONCERNS
Before participation in multi-day quests or the Ireland Journey, you will be required to complete a confidential health questionnaire which includes doctor and health insurance information, medical concerns and limitations, food preferences and allergies, and other pertinent medical information.
